The great exchange: “We have exchanged culture for information and technology, laughter for sadness, we have exchanged our freedom for a prison of the mind, life for death, and courage for fear, we have exchanged justice for courts, and spirituality for books filled with dogma, our true self buried under superficial niceness, we have exchanged wisdom for education and professionalism, joy for depression.  In all this disparity, this separation between true and false, how do we come home again to what is real.  We must begin again, unearth the child and all the ways our inner child was shaped and deceived – begin to know ourselves from the inside, and heal that which has been stolen, reclaiming the path we were meant to walk.”
